Q: My young son was nipped on the face by a friend's dog today. I have disinfected the wound. What remedies should I give him?

A: Ledum 200c (for bites, stings and any type of puncture wounds) 

Echinacea 200c (helps prevent and treat infection and prevents sepsis)

Arnica 200c (prevents infection and promotes healing)
